The proposal revises the previously approved Binding Site Plan (PL-BSP-08-0004). The proposal would eliminate approved unbuilt building “B” on lot 2, adjust the size and configuration of approved, unbuilt building “A” on Lot 1, amend the parking lot layout on Lots 1 and 2, add vehicle charging stations on Lot 2, and revise the drive-thru configuration associated with proposed building “A”. In addition, the proposal would expand the building “A” approved use for a bank with drive-thru to include retail, or a quick service restaurant with a drive-thru. If used for a bank or retail, the total square footage of the building would be 4,284 sq. ft. If the building use is quick service restaurant with drive-thru, the square footage would be 3,201 sq. ft.
The new proposed building “A” will have the same footprint regardless of its use.
Site access will be via existing approved driveways from Soundview Drive.
