Amendment to Existing Development Agreement. The amendment proposes to modify the following portions of the existing Development Agreement:
- Provisions related to the funding and installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons; and
- Amendments meant to clarify the inclusions of residential and affordable housing uses in accordance with the provision of GHMC 17.14.020 on the PCD-NB zoned portion of the site; and
- Clarification of the funding and installation of frontage streetlights; and
- Modification to the trip generation calculation methodology.
All persons will have an opportunity to present their oral comments at the virtual public hearing.
