Instead of speaking live, you may submit comments in writing before the meeting. Your input / questions must be provided to Terri Garrison by 3:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.  All written comments must be able to be read in 3 minutes or less to be included in the record and have the title: FOR PUBLIC COMMENT included.
