The Grease Ordinance was developed to regulate discharges into the City's Sewer System. It establishes discharge criteria, definitions, applicability and exemptions, grease traps / interceptor requirements, proper servicing and inspection, operation permit requirements, including required reporting, monitoring, and violation and penalty information.
