The Planning Commission meets at 5:00 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays of every month.

The Planning Commission consist of seven volunteer members appointed by the City Council.  Members serve four-year terms and must be residents of the City.


The  primary charge of the Planning Commission is to make legislative recommendations to the City Council on matters related to long-range land use planning including the comprehensive plan amendments, zoning  text amendments, and area-wide rezones.
