Council Meeting Recap from May 29th, 2018


The City adopted Ordinance No. 1389 to address zoning code changes for residential density and development. These Group #1 amendments affect the R-1 zoning district, RB-2 zoning district, the PRD Planned Residential District, residential uses in the DB, B-2 and C-1 zoning districts and serial short plats within all districts that allow residential development.
